The services Elite Aesthetics Wholesale LTD (companies house number: 12325849) provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). Elite Aesthetics Wholesale reserves the right to update the TOS at any time without notice to you.

The terms and conditions checkbox is mandatory where customers have to agree to before checkout in regards to accepting our returns policy.

1. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, they will apply to your use of the Elite Aesthetics Wholesale Limited website including on-line services available on that site alongside our telephone service. By using this website and our telephone ordering service you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. From time to time we may change these terms and conditions and will post revisions on our website. We recommend you regularly review these Terms and Conditions and your continued use of this website will constitute acceptance of any changes to the website terms. These Terms and Conditions shall not affect any statutory rights which you may from time to time be entitled to, to the extent that such rights cannot be varied or excluded by law.

2. All products advertised by us on-line via our website are sold subject to acceptance of the order by Elite Aesthetics Wholesale Limited and availability of the product and are sold by the Elite Aesthetics Wholesale Limited subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If an item is out of stock you will be advised by email or by telephone within 24 working hours of us receiving your order. You will be offered an alternative product if one is available or you may cancel your order.

3. We may (directly or through its trusted affiliates), from time to time, send you information on offers and promotions. You will have the opportunity to notify us if you do not wish to receive such offers or be notified of further promotions.

4. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Elite Aesthetics Wholesale Limited website at any time and we may refuse to process any transaction at any time at our sole discretion.

5. No part of this site may be reproduced in any form whether electronically or otherwise without the prior written consent of Elite Aesthetics Wholesale Limited other than for the purposes of keeping a record of transactions entered into via our website. Any other use of materials on this site is strictly prohibited and Elite Aesthetics Wholesale Limited reserves all its rights in respect of any intellectual property used on this website.

8. You acknowledge that Elite Aesthetics Wholesale Limited makes no representation or warranty in respect of the availability of this website or that it is error free. You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use our website and is compatible with our website. You also understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from our website will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.

9. When Elite Aesthetics Wholesale Limited accepts an order from you to purchase products, the language that shall be offered to you shall be English only.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and both Elite Aesthetics Wholesale Limited and you agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

REFUNDS:

- All refunds are down to the discretion of the Elite Aesthetics Wholesale Management Team.

- We don’t take any responsibility for any orders being delayed during transit with our delivery partners. Any delays won’t be issued a refund unless this is authorised by management. (This includes all delivery options, Pre-timed options and international)

- Elite Aesthetics Wholesale is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery or late deliveries.

- Any products that are due a refund needs to be returned to us unopened before we can issue a refund.

- If buying for business use we are rightfully able to decline all refund requests.

- Any products that are faulty will be investigated and no refund will be issued until the investigation has concluded, if we find a batch problem a refund will be issued. A refund is also down to management.

ALL REFUNDS CAN TAKE UPTO 3-5 WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE DAY OF PROCESSING.

RETURNS:

- We are unable to accept the following products as returns:

          - Needles/Cannulas or products used to inject

          - Dermal fillers, fat dissolving products, meso therapy products or products used in aesthetic or beauty treatments 

          - disposable single use products like gloves, aprons etc… 

          - PDO COG & MONO threads

- All products need to be returned in the state it was dispatched to you.

- Any returns requested by yourself would need to be covered by yourself or if a reimbursement has been issued from Management.

- Once you have notified or spoken to our customer service team about returning your items please post them to:

- Unfortunately, we do not offer a free-post return service and can’t cover your costs of returning the items to us. You are liable for ensuring the items arrive back to us undamaged, so we recommend you pack the items well and use a recorded delivery service.

DELIVERIES:

- Our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail / DPD and will require signature on delivery, occasionally alternative providers may be used.

- Special timed deliveries are not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

- Occasionally there may be a delay from our delivery partner, we do not take responsibility for this and we can not issue a refund on your delivery.

- We do not take responsibility for any issues with DPD / Royal Mail.

- Elite Aesthetics Wholesale is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery or late deliveries caused by delays with DPD/ Royal Mail.

- Any orders left outside an address or stolen from an address will have an investigation raised with DPD / Royal Mail. Unfortunately we do not replace or refund any of these orders unless a success investigation is the outcome.

- Though we do try our best to ensure your parcel gets to you next day, occasionally there may be a reason for a delay, especially during busy times of the year.

- If any order is sent back to us due to missing delivery an additional delivery (£7.99) & admin fee (£10.00) will be applied for resending of the order back to you.

- PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS DPD / ROYAL MAIL ARE UNABLE TO LEAVE YOUR ORDER IN A SAFE SPACE OR WITH A NEIGHBOUR.

- Any customs fees and charges are to be handled by yourself. Elite Aesthetics Wholesale LTD are not being held responsible for customs abandoning parcels.

- Elite Aesthetics Wholesale is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery or late deliveries.

- We do NOT take responsibility for any undelivered orders due to customs returning the products back to us. If this does happen a refund will be issued to yourself.

- Deliveries can take up to 2 weeks however, any delays incurred will be down to customs or our delivery partner trying to contact yourself to pay any duties.

ONLINE COURES & TRAINING RESOURCES:

- It is your responsibility to check any additional obligations that you may be required to achieve to offer a treatment in your country of residence that you are trained in, such as but not limited to; CQC, HIS, HIW, local authority license etc...

- We do NOT take any responsibility in helping you find insurance for any of our online courses.

- We do NOT issue a refund after purchase of our courses or training materials if insurance is unable to obtain for yourself.

- We own the intellectual rights of all of our courses and manuals.

- Manuals purchased through us can be used by yourself for what needs you need. NO branding of ours are linked to the manuals however it may mention us for purchase of products.

- All manuals are sent via a Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint format.

- All training courses are sent via our Education Team and will be processed up to 48 hours after purchase. We don’t take any responsibility for our third-party websites for being down during your time of taking the course.
