This level 3 award in education and training is a fully OFQUAL regulated certificate
The full course can be done online in your own time, at a time that suits you.
Once you have completed this course, you will be able to:
- Confidently plan lessons according to agreed standards and processes
- Deliver a lesson to a group of learners while taking into consideration different teaching techniques
- Differentiation and equality & diversity
- Provide feedback to learners
- Include functional skills in your lesson … and much more.
The three mandatory units are:
- Roles, Responsibilities and Relationships in Education and Training
- Understanding and Using Inclusive Teaching and Learning Approaches in Education and Training
- Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment
At the end of each learning outcome for these units, you will have a set of questions to answer. This is how you will be assessed. In your answers, you should demonstrate that you have a good understanding of the unit. All work is digitally uploaded to our secure online learning platform and assessed by a qualified tutor. Work is then independently reviewed by an specialist IQA.
