Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

A:  For orders in the Mainland UK we charge a flat rate of £7.99 via Royal Mail or £9.99 via DPD Local. 

Q: How long will it take until I get my order?

A: You will get your order next day if placed before 4pm Monday-Friday. For orders placed on a Friday after 4pm you should receive it Saturday if you select Royal Mail.

Q: What happens if I am not home to sign for my order?

A: Unfortunately due to the nature of the products, the DPD Delivery Team are unable to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. 3 attempts will be made to deliver your order before it is returned to us. If you need your order reshipped back to you, you will be required to pay another shipping fee.

Q: Do you charge VAT?

A: All products are subject to VAT. VAT is not included in the product price but is added on at checkout.
